Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use preghalfragrances.com or order from PREGHAL FRAGRANCES (“PREGHAL”, “we”), Islamabad, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

  • Our perfumes are 50 ml eau de parfums. Product photos on this site are illustrations; packaging may vary slightly.
  • Scent descriptions and notes describe the character of each fragrance; how it smells and lasts can differ from person to person.
  • Our fragrances are original PREGHAL creations. They are not made by, sponsored by or affiliated with any other brand.
  • For external use only. Test on a small area of skin first, keep away from eyes, children and open flame.

Prices and orders

  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, the details look fraudulent, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
  • If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
  • We may change prices or products at any time; this does not affect orders we have already confirmed.

Payment and delivery

Payment is by Cash on Delivery, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa as agreed when we confirm your order. Delivery times and the return policy are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using this website

  • Please do not misuse the site, place fake orders, or try to interfere with its security.
  • The PREGHAL name, double-P monogram, designs, images and text on this site belong to PREGHAL and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law of Pakistan.
