Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PREGHAL FRAGRANCES (“PREGHAL”, “we”), based in Islamabad, Pakistan, collects through preghalfragrances.com and how we use it. We collect only what we need to deliver your order.

What we collect

• Your order details: name, mobile number, city, delivery address, any order notes, the products you ordered and your payment method.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers use to keep the site working and to block automated attacks.

We do not ask for card numbers, CNIC numbers or passwords, and we do not have customer accounts.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To show your order status on the Track My Order page, which requires both your order number and your phone number.
• To prevent fake orders and fraud.
• To understand which products and adverts people are interested in, so we can improve the shop.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records securely, and provides our bot protection (Turnstile).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if we use the Meta Pixel to measure our adverts. It may set cookies and receive information about pages you view and whether you place an order, but not your name, phone number or address.
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. The bot check and, if used, the Meta Pixel may set cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and preventing fraud, normally up to 3 years, and then delete them.

Your choices
