Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery costs a flat Rs. 300 per order, anywhere in the country.
• We confirm every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before it ships. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere, depending on the courier.
• Once your order ships, its courier and tracking number appear on the Track My Order page.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
• Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa: we share the account details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.

Nothing is charged online. Please keep the exact amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Please record a short video while opening your parcel. If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video or clear photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.

Returns

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume cannot be returned.
• Unopened bottles, with the seal and packaging intact, can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us first on WhatsApp to arrange it.
• For change-of-mind returns, delivery charges are not refunded and return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days of receiving the returned bottle.

Refused Cash on Delivery parcels

Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery parcel costs us delivery both ways. We may ask for advance payment on future orders from numbers with refused deliveries.
